About us
Mercedes Banks-Williams was born and raised in the South Bronx, New York. Her time in the military brought her to Savannah, Georgia, and meeting her husband, a Savannah native, solidified her connection to the city. A graduate of Columbia College, Banks-Williams is an army veteran and former corrections officer. However, law enforcement wasn't her only calling. She discovered a passion for real estate, a career path that allows her to control her own success while offering the flexibility and freedom to prioritize family time and involvement in her children's extracurricular activities.
Banks-Williams has been a Realtor since February 2015 and a Real Estate Broker since March 2021. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to start MBW Realty in 2021, expanding her reach in real estate to include government contracting, investing, and leasing. She enjoys traveling, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and two children. Additionally, Banks-Williams is dedicated to helping fellow veterans and founded the non-profit, The Charlie Mike Foundation, to help homeless veterans find housing. Her ultimate goal is to make the dream of finding a place to call home a reality for everyone.
